Discretion
Privacy Policy
Discretion is foundational to our work. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the measures we take to protect it.
Our Commitment to Discretion
HITCloud serves private clients, family offices, and discerning commercial principals. We do not publish client names, addresses, or project details without explicit written permission. Project imagery is shared only when authorized, and identifying detail is minimized by default. Confidentiality continues indefinitely beyond the engagement.
Information We Collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically name, email, phone, location, and a brief description of your project. When you visit our website, we collect limited technical information (such as device type, browser, and pages viewed) to operate and improve the site.
How We Use Information
Information is used solely to respond to inquiries, deliver and support our services, fulfill contractual obligations, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Service Providers
We engage trusted vendors (such as communications, hosting, and analytics providers) who process information on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations. Manufacturer and trade partners are engaged on a need-to-know basis solely to deliver your project.
Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of client information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and limited internal access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work continuously to maintain a strong posture.
Retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain accurate business records, and meet legal obligations. Project documentation may be retained for warranty, service, and compliance purposes.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and contractual limits. To make a request, email info@hitcloud.com.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date.
