Accessibility Statement

HITCloud is committed to making hitcloud.com usable by everyone, including visitors who rely on assistive technology.

Our Commitment

We believe a well-designed experience is an accessible one. We work to make our website perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all visitors, regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology.

Standard We Aim For

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project, and we review the site as it evolves.

Measures We Take

Semantic HTML structure and a single landmark for main content; descriptive alternative text on meaningful imagery; accessible names on icon-only controls; keyboard-operable navigation with visible focus states; color contrast reviewed against WCAG AA thresholds; video presented with user-initiated playback and native controls rather than forced autoplay; responsive layouts and tap targets sized for touch devices.

Known Limitations

Some third-party embeds and manufacturer-supplied media are outside our direct control and may not fully conform. Where we identify a barrier in content we control, we prioritize remediation. If you encounter something that is not usable for you, we want to hear about it.

Feedback and Assistance

If any part of this site presents a barrier, or if you would prefer to receive information in an alternative format, contact us at LuxurySmart@hitcloud.com or +1 650 234 7100. Please describe the page and the difficulty you experienced. We aim to respond within three business days and will work with you to provide the information you need.

Accessible Environments

Our commitment extends beyond the web. In residential and commercial projects, we design control interfaces, voice and touch experiences, and access systems that can be adapted for mobility, vision, hearing, and cognitive needs. Ask us about accessible control strategies during your consultation.
