Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on hitcloud.com, what they do, and how you can control them.
What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to function correctly, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use it. We also use related technologies such as pixels, tags, and local storage; we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies."
Categories We Use
Strictly necessary — required for the site to load, route pages, and submit the contact form securely. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics — help us understand which pages are viewed and how visitors navigate, so we can improve the site.
Advertising and measurement — allow us to measure the performance of our advertising and, where applicable, show relevant ads.
Embedded media — third-party video players may set cookies when you press play.
Specific Technologies on This Site
Google Analytics 4 (G-WDFJ0PXB0X) — measurement of page views, sessions, and site engagement. Data is processed by Google LLC. Typical retention: up to 14 months.Google Ads conversion tracking (AW-18214167703) — attributes consultation inquiries to our advertising so we can measure campaign effectiveness.Embedded video — video hosted on or embedded from third-party platforms may set cookies once playback begins. Our primary project film is self-hosted and does not set third-party cookies until played.
Meta and LinkedIn
If and when we run campaigns on Meta or LinkedIn, the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag may be added to measure conversions and build advertising audiences. This policy will be updated at the time those tags are deployed, and they are disclosed here so you are aware of our practice.
Your Choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working. You may opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser add-on, and you can manage Google ad personalization through your Google account settings. Where required by law, we will present a consent banner and honor Global Privacy Control signals.
Do Not Sell or Share
HITCloud does not sell personal information. Advertising and analytics cookies may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; California residents may opt out by emailing LuxurySmart@hitcloud.com.
