TECHNOLOGY CONCIERGE


We are looking for just the right “Jack/Jill of all IT Trades” to add to our team. If you are an experienced tech professional who is excited by tech, loves playing with all the latest gadgets in the market, has a superior work ethic, and wants to be part of an exciting start up, we want to hear from you.


HITCloud delivers exceptional technology support to an elite client base. We are looking for very special individuals to join our Concierge team. We need people who have deep and wide IT knowledge and where experience / knowledge is lacking, are willing to learn. The right individuals must have an incredible instinct for service, technology and security. They should be motivated to drive success not just for themselves, but also for HITCloud as a whole. Ethics and integrity are crucial for this role.


· Using the highest level of service (and at times patience), assist our clients in every manner of technology support 24/7.  This can be in person, via email, and/or over the phone.

· Technology support can and will include network, computer (Mac & PC) security, software application related issues, all brands of mobile devices and social media sites.

· No client request and/or issue is too great or too small.

· Track your work and time in a thorough manner.

· Communicate, communicate, and communicate.

· Understand our clients are sometimes in different time zones from the West Coast and be flexible in your ability to assist them outside of “normal” business hours.

· Travel within the Bay Area, the United States and at times Europe.

· Be a team player with a good sense of humor.


QUALIFICATIONS:


· Minimum five years Desktop Support experience. Background in supporting senior individuals within a corporate or military environment a plus.

· The ability to maintain client confidentiality, exercising the strongest personal and professional ethics. NOTE – a thorough background check will be performed as part of the hiring process.

· Have a “will do” attitude with a focus on extreme customer satisfaction.

· Experience with both PC and Apple computers – applications, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.

· Knowledge of iPhones, iPads, Androids, Blackberries, etc.

· Experience with networking and systems a plus.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Flexibility to work 24/7, when required.

· Willingness and availability to travel.

· Personal, reliable transportation is an absolute must.
